Tickets and Booking

Book tickets via our events pages or go straight to our booking system here.  Bookings can be made up to 2 hours before the event start time.

For Telephone bookings call 0333 666 3366 and ask for Telegraph Hill Festival or event by name. Lines are open Monday- Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am -5pm. From 1st March 2024 this is free. Some event bookings are not available by phone.

Advance bookings available until 2 hours before the event. We also almost always have tickets on the door and there are often returns for events that have sold out.

You don’t need to print your ticket just make a note of the name in which the booking was made.

For free events, just turn up at the event, unless pre-booking is specified.

Concessions

Concessions are available for many events. Concessions are under 18s, people on state benefits or low income.

Disabled Tickets

A disabled ticket (either Full or Concession) includes a free ticket for a Carer. If you require a wheelchair space please contact thftickets0@gmail.com so this can be reserved for you. If you have any other requirements like for example easy access to the main exit or an Assistance dog that prefers a quiet corner, email thftickets0@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Booking Fees

We realise that the booking fees associated with online booking are frustrating. We are a small not for profit organisation and unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to process payments so these booking fees go directly to the ticket agency to cover their administration and fees.

Our tickets are sold online through TicketSource.  These are their fees:

  • Fee per booking including VAT
  • up to £25.00 10%*
  • up to £35.00 9%
  • up to £50.00 8%
  • up to £100.00 7%

*minimum booking fee £0.50

Cancellations

We do not give refunds but you are welcome to pass on or sell your ticket to someone else. The ticket will still be in your name so make sure they are aware of that.

Very occasionally an event may have to be cancelled for some reason outside the Festival’s control. In this case a full refund will be given to ticket holders.

Checking Tickets on Entry

All ticketed events will have a Box Office team to check off customers against the ticket list. The list is arranged in surname order of the person who booked the tickets so please make sure you have that information to hand when you arrive to prevent delays.

You do not have to print your e-ticket but if you have a paper ticket, eg from a telephone booking, be sure to bring that.
