Accessibility

All disabled bookings include a free Carer ticket.

Many of our venues are old buildings and disabled access is not always possible. If you have any questions about a particular event or venue please email thftickets0@gmail.com

Assistance dogs welcome.

We want the Telegraph Hill Festival to be as inclusive as possible.  Please let us know about any access requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Access to Venues

Some events do not open the doors whilst late preparation or rehearsals take place and you may have to queue outside. If this is difficult for you contact the Box Office team on arrival and they can arrange for you to be seated inside.

Wheelchair Access

All events that are fully wheelchair accessible will have the wheelchair symbol in both the printed programme and the website. Details for all venues follow below. If you wish to reserve a wheelchair space at a performance venue contact thftickets0@gmail.com.

Venue Information

All events in St Catherine’s Church and in the Narthex, Lounge and Craft Room in the Telegraph Hill Centre are wheelchair accessible and there is a disabled toilet.
