- The Festival is run entirely by volunteers for the enjoyment of all. Please respect our volunteers and other customers. Anyone acting in a manner likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failing to comply with reasonable requests from the Festival will be asked to leave.
- We have pop-up bars at many events which serve alcohol. By law we cannot sell alcohol to anyone who appears to be under 18, nor to anyone who appears to be intoxicated and we cannot sell alcohol to anyone on behalf of someone under the age of 18 or who is intoxicated.
- We will ask for proof of age from anyone who appears to be under 21 before selling alcohol to them or to anyone buying alcohol on their behalf. We will not accept any forms of identification other than a driving licence or passport for proof of age.
- Events may be photographed or filmed for printed publications or online use to promote the Telegraph Hill Festival.
- The Festival accepts no liability for any loss or damage incurred at an event.
