In this interactive workshop we will be exploring techniques to help you find your ikigai, or in other words your reason for being. The session will be facilitated by Szandi Pankasz, Psychologist, Coach and Yoga Teacher. We will start with a grounding exercise, followed by group coaching, self-reflective work and discussions. This session will help you take the first steps towards uncovering your purpose and discovering how might you integrate it into your life in and outside work.
