Iyengar Yoga for Health & Wellbeing. Regular termly classes in the 'Garden Room' on the ground floor of the Telegraph Hill Centre, SE14 5TY. Small and friendly mixed ability classes great for stretching, toning, flexibility and maintaining balance. The classes start with a warm up and finish with relaxation. You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your own mat and water bottle. Props such as foam pads and bricks are provided to support your poses where necessary. These classes not only keep your body moving but help relieve stress and fatigue, improve mood and sleep.
