A method developed in India by BKS Iyengar and family who describe it as ‘meditation in action’. Emphasis is on the quality of the postures not on how flexible you are. We use props such as blocks and blankets to help us achieve good alignment and more. Comfortable clothing and bare feet. Please bring a mat if you have one.
