Branching Out is a joint project between St Catherine's Church and the Telegraph Hill Centre whose aim is to facilitate a space for people over 55 to take classes, meet & make new friends.
Join us every Thursday for:
Tai Chi with Kevin 12.45pm-1.45pm
Come and join in as experienced teacher Kevin will introduce you to the art of Tai Chi. Gentle exercise tailored to individual needs. Beginners more than welcome.
