"Branching Out Acting Class is one of the many activities organised by the team at Telegraph Hill Centre for our over 55s group, Branching Out.
Led by Ellana (trained actor), we welcome you to join this safe and creative class where we can learn and have fun. Together we play with movement, text, improvisation and performance to find confidence and strengthen our minds and bodies.
We begin with a seated warm up and check in, followed by games and readings of scripts, which sometimes develop into full length plays and performances! The aim of the class is to let go of your inhibitions and worries, to allow yourself to be in the present moment and have some fun! No experience necessary, just an open mind!"
