Meet Me at The Albany, based at The Albany in Deptford, has a thriving choir. Working with a film maker and a theatre maker, artists in residence at The Albany, they are combining their singing talents with filmed and live narratives that celebrate the people who support us, shout for us, and back us when we need it. These might be strangers, friends or families. My Backing Band is a performance that's a celebration of connection and community, and an important declaration that it is "in the shelter of each other the people thrive"
