Tracey is an approved Mental Health First Aid Trainer with over 10 years of experiences delivering training courses with SLAM. As such she has gained many wellbeing self-improvement tools along the way which she would like to share a few with you during this workshop, namely, ‘The Happiness Game’. The workshop includes supporting you in creating your own "Wellbeing Tool Box".

Cultivating positive emotion is essential for living a happy life. People who experience more positive emotions are healthier, live longer, experience greater life satisfaction, and enjoy more fulfilling relationships. This workshop is a safe space to talk about Mental Health, whether good or bad, and will give you an insight in recognising the signs of Stress, Anxiety and Depression - the root causes of some Mental Health illnesses.

You will also learn about some personal self-development tools that you can us to help improve your personal emotional state and mental wellbeing. So, take the plunge, and come and join us, bring your family, friends, or come alone, and let’s have fun, creating your own Health & Wellbeing Took Kit. Remember it’s good to talk about Mental Health. Then stay on afterwards for a chat, tea and biscuits - or even a glass of Prosecco!
