Organiser: ‘Meet Me… on the Phone’ poetry collective
‘Meet Me… on the phone’ is a programme of group phone calls in which a collective of over 65’s in Lewisham explore poetry and storytelling with artist facilitators. You will hear a selection of poems written and performed by members of the group.
Come and listen to a selection of poems written and performed by members of the ‘Meet Me… on the phone’ poetry collective. You’ll hear work from Elizabeth, Alison, Gloria, Jeanie, Moira, Pauline, Philip, Stella, Zenith, Janet and Astrid all from within the beautiful Jerningham telephone box.
Meet Me… on the phone is part of ‘Meet Me…’ an award winning programme of creative and social activities, where older people in Lewisham can make friends, enjoy their favourite activities and learn new crafts. Meet me is a partnership between The Albany and Entelechy Arts.
This Open Studio is hosted by the Jerningham Road telephone box project at the telephone box, top of Jerningham Road. What 3 words - mason.organs.bulb
