Participants will learn simple, accessible fermentation techniques that turn surplus produce into flavourful, nutritious foods. Alongside hands-on skills, the session explores the health benefits of fermented foods, including improved digestion and gut health, while highlighting how seasonal vegetables can be preserved and enjoyed for longer.
