Event Details
Participants will start with a warm up, preparing the body for moving and dancing, led by the tutor, working through the body. Bending, stretching, co-ordinating arms, legs and feet, exploring what your body can do. Where can we go and how do we get there? What moves can we find? Enjoy the creative process and discover what you are capable of. Have fun feel free and dance. Learn some new skills and make a dance from a given theme. Working alone or with others.
