You will experience a sequence of restorative postures where the weight of the body is supported by the floor and props as needed. An Iyengar restorative class with a focus on letting go and releasing some of the gripping and holding in the body and the brain. You are likely to feel a little more clarity and a little more grounded at the end of this class. Bring a mat if you have one. No prior experience necessary.
