Come to this introductory breath workshop if you want to learn how to reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety, improve your sleep and digestion, gain mental focus and rebalance your energy.
You will learn how Yoga Breathing uses ancient breathing techniques which are informed by modern day science to provide safe, practical exercises which deliver immediate results.
Kathleen will then guide you through an extended breathwork practice to allow you to fully connect to your mind and body. You will leave the workshop feeling grounded, calm and with mental clarity.
