Audience Size: 15

Join local chef and nutritional therapist, Annika and learn how to make a delicious caribbean-sytle coconut curry with sides of rice and plantain, to be eaten afterwards. You will also be making a ginger cookie and whipped cream dessert. Her company, Nika’s Kitchen, specialises in plant-based wholesome foods and works with communities seeking to support those less fortunate by sharing skills around budget cooking, sustainability and tackling food insecurity.

This event is part of the Guest Chef Fortnight. Over two weeks, chefs will be running workshops on how to cook delicious, healthy food using produce donated by the Felix Project that would have otherwise gone to waste. Come learn with us or join later to enjoy the community feast!
