Event Details

Audience Size: 15

You will be learning how to make a nourishing bone broth to make a warming, Asian inspired noodle supper, which will be served for dinner afterwards. Local nutritionalist, Lottie, will be demonstrating how to make bone broth, widely known for its health benefits, which can then be used as the base for a variety of dishes, depending on what you have to hand, and is a firm favourite of both adults and children.

Doors open at 16:15.

This event is part of the Guest Chef Fortnight. Over two weeks, chefs will run workshops on how to cook simple, tasty meals using surplus food donated by the Felix Project that would have otherwise gone to waste. Come learn with us or join later to enjoy the community feast!
