Tonight's dinner, prepared by the participants of Guest Chef Fortnight, will be fresh handmade pasta and sauce. Each evening a different chef will demonstrate how to make a simple tasty meal using surplus vegetables donated by the Felix Project as part of our 'waste not want not' initiative. Book in advance.
