Lewisham’s Quaggy Morris are teaming up with Greenwich Morris to entertain audiences at this year’s Folk Festival on 21st March.

Together we will perform traditional Cotswold morris dances, accompanied by a lively melodeon. Expect energetic stepping, clashing sticks, waving hankies and plenty of infectious joy. Both sides share a love of keeping morris dancing alive by bringing it to local pubs, fetes and festivals — and by sharing it with our community. Whether you’re a long-time folk fan or completely new to morris, there’ll be smiles, music, and even a chance for willing volunteers to join in the fun.

They will be performing twice during the day at 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Each performance will last 30 mins.
