You’ll be introduced to some of the key basic skills of contact improvisation. Point of contact, rolling, jumping, falling and catching may be explored in a playful and approachable way making this class ideal for those exploring this dance form for the first time or returning to it after a long break. Suitable for all abilities of movement.
