Event Details
Nicola Williams (criminal lawyer, barrister, judge, Commissioner of the Independent Police Complaints Commission, Cosmopolitan Woman of Achievement award winner) will talk about her work, including her novels “Without prejudice “ (chosen by Bernadine Evaristo as part of the Black Britain: Writing back Penguin series) and “Until proven innocent” (published last year) reading extracts. This will be followed by questions and answers.
There will then be an opportunity to purchase Nicola’s books and get them signed. Drinks will be available before and after.
The event is hosted by Telegraph Hill book circle, who meet every 4-6 weeks and welcome new members.
