Prepare to lift & fly!
Join Katie & Joey for "An Intro into Family Acrobalance" - A fun class welcoming families and caregivers including adults, children and young people aged 7 and up!
Explore the magic of balancing on your fellow humans!
Acrobalance is an acrobatic art form where two or more people work together to create impressive balances and lifts, often involving one person supporting another in various poses.
Together we’ll show you a range of positions that will build good communication and connection through play; all in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
No experience is required! Wear comfy clothes that you can move in, and, most importantly, a curiosity to try something new and exciting with your family!
