Event Details

“The Hills are alive!” and Telegraph Hill in particular. This is a short walk around the hill, mainly taking in the parks, but anywhere else local that looks promising. I hope we’ll hear and see a good few different birds and identify them through their song and attempt to see them (Bring binoculars if you have them). Of mammals foxes (and rats!) are the most likely. Beavers do not appear to have taken up residence in the pond just yet. It’s a bit early for butterflies and insects, but there are plenty of wild (and less wild) plants across the hill. We might also pause to consider what’s happening through climate and environmental change on our patch.

Supervised children welcome.
