This practical workshop introduces zero-waste fermenting as a way to stop food waste and make the most of leftover and seasonal vegetables. Participants will learn simple, accessible fermentation techniques that turn surplus produce into flavourful, nutritious foods. Alongside hands-on skills, the session explores the health benefits of fermented foods, including improved digestion and gut health, while highlighting how seasonal vegetables can be preserved and enjoyed for longer. Bring your own jar.
