Event Details
Tonight's dinner, prepared by the participants of Guest Chef Fortnight, will be vegetable curry, pilau rice, tomato chutney and some freshly made hand-rolled spiced paratha flatbreads. Each evening a different chef will demonstrate how to make a simple, tasty meal using surplus vegetables donated by the Felix Project as part of our 'waste not want not' initiative.
