Event Details

Jagat Gamelan are a community group of SE London based Gamelan players and dancers established for over 10 years. In Spring 2026 we are putting on our second event at the TH Festival, combining an Indonesian food demonstration, a Balinese Gamelan and Dance performance, plus Gamelan and Dance workshops so you can have a go on the instruments and learn some traditional Indonesian Dance moves. It will be a lot of fun, so please join us on Sunday 22nd March 2026.

Admission free, donations are welcome. Plus there is a chance to buy Indonesian food to help support our group.

        • 2:15pm & 3:15pm – Dance workshops (Garden Room)
        • 3:15 pm – Gamelan workshop  (Narthex)
        • 4pm – Jagat Gamelan, Yapong, Baris Presi, Topeng Keras dance & music performances (Narthex)
        • 5pm – Finish
