Unleash your alter ego and join this supportive, beginner-friendly dance class designed to help adults feel sexy, sassy, and confident.
I graduated with a First-Class Dance Degree in 2024. Since then, I've been teaching and choreographing Hip Hop, Commercial, and Contemporary for various youth companies.
Most recently I have launched a weekly adults' beginners' Commercial class in Nunhead!
Here's what to expect:
* A solid warm-up
* Easy-to-follow grooves
* A routine broken down step-by-step (taught slowly)
* Time to practice the combo
* A cool-down
This is a judgment-free zone – a fun, supportive space where you can just be yourself. You don't need rhythm, and you definitely don't need experience. All you need is the willingness to try!
