Yoga for Gut Health - A "bite-size" version of Flo's 4-part series which builds up a strong relationship between the mind and the belly, encouraging the student to become their own "gut healing guru".
A sequence of healthful movements, breathing and meditation and the use of "chakra-balancing" aromatherapy oils demonstrate how we can deal with the stress and anxiety which can accompany digestion difficulties. Focusing on healing the "gut-brain axis" empowers the student to reconnect with their body positively and joyfully despite life as well as tummy troubles! It also can help maintain strong digestion as well as a strong sense of interoception for the yogi's wider practice.
