Event Details

This sequence uses postures, breath work, mediations, and many more yogic techniques to relieve the physical tensions the body can suffer when we undergo creative "hands-on" activities, for work and for pleasure.

Hunching shoulders, clawed hands, sore wrist, and even clenched jaws can greatly benefit from some attention when we commit to passionate artistic projects. Yoga offers some wonderful ways to stretch out and strengthen the muscles, tendons, and fascia to keep get us back into a better default posture.

There are also some fascinating secrets that yoga has for getting the creative juices flowing!

Then when the session has drawn to a close you're welcome to stay on, have a hot drink and biscuit or a glass of wine from our Festival "mini-bar".
