Event Details

Join us for Somervilles first ever fashion show! All the clothing and accessories have been designed and created by young people at Somerville alongside dedicated Fashion club tutor Dawn Johnson.

The fashion show will be accompanied by a photography display which was recently exhibited at the Dulwich Picture Gallery as part our future talents project. The photos were taken by talented photographer Ollie Trenchard, and are inspired by the work of Rembrandt.

Both collections are vibrant, eclectic and reflect the identity of Somerville.

We will also be exhibiting the recent work of the Fab Mosaic Project. The Fab Mosaic Project is a community run venture, based at the Somerville, led by mosaic artist Joni McDougall. This will be an opportunity to see the beautiful and varied approaches to contemporary mosaic giving the local community a chance to become inspired and involved.

Our final display will at the Men’s Shed where visitors will be able to see an array of JOY's clever craft creations.
