Event Details
Kundalini yoga and meditation class open to all humans, whether a seasoned yogi or beginner. Kundalini has a strong focus on energetic alignment through bodywork.
What is kundalini yoga? Kundalini yoga is focussed on realigning energy, removing energetic blocks and bring us back into our flow.
What does a class involve? Every class is different, but generally we start with a yoga set which will involve a mix of postures, movement, mudra, brathwork and mantra. We always finish with a meditation. The focus is on what's going on inside; this is not an 'exercise' class, as much as your body will work.
Who can attend? Absolutely anyone, kundalini is for all. If you have any movement restrictions or are pregnant (congratulations!), please let me know before class. Contact details are on my website (see booking link below).
What do I need do bring? For this taster please bring your own yoga mat and something to cover yourself with for the relaxation e.g. a shawl (mats and blankets are provided at the normal weekly class) and a water bottle.
What should I wear? Any comfortable clothes than you can easily move around in.
How do I register? This session is always popular so pre-booking is mandatory.
Doors open 7.20pm.
THC Tasters are regular classes at the TH Centre opened up for free to newcomers during the Festival.
