This Strength Cardio Session is a fun filled Cardio workout using light pair of Dumbbells. This Session is going to challenge you in fun way. The Session lasts for an hour. It is divided as below :
- 8 minute warmup
- 30 minutes Strength cardio
- 10 minute 'Partner Ab Workout'
- 10 minute Full Body stretch which will leave you relaxed and energised.
- 2 minute breathing and meditation to take you away from all your stress.
What you need to get :
- A light pair of Dumbbells of 0.5 to 1 kg. You can also carry a 500 ml water bottle instead if you don't have Dumbbells.
- An exercise mat for Ab workout
- water to keep yourself hydrated
