A chance to release some of the holding and gripping in the body. Beata (physiotherapist) will begin the session with an exploration of the mechanics of breathing. Mary (Iyengar yoga teacher) will then lead a restorative yoga session. When the mind and body are quiet and still its easier to connect with your breath.
Suitable for everyone. We have yoga mats or you can bring your own. Wrap up warm we will be lying down most of the session.
