Learn how to make your own kimchi at home in this accessible workshop ran by local catering social enterprise, Kinship Kitchen. Kimchi is a Korean fermented food which is very beneficial to gut health and tastes delicious! All proceeds will go to fund the Kinship Kitchen Cooking Club, a local project supporting Kinship Carers and their children. Families with children over eight very welcome. Bring a recycled jar or jars to accommodate 500ml of kimchi to take home. Jars will also be available to purchase.
