Event Details

Learn how to transform simple ingredients into maqluba, a traditional Palestinian dish, rich with history and meaning. Local chef, Ameriah’s food reflects the heart of Palestinian culture: generous, vibrant and rooted in community. Drawing on her deep culinary heritage, she will be sharing the homeland she was forced to flee through her cooking. This is more than a meal; it is an invitation to experience Palestine through flavour, warmth and hospitality. To be enjoyed afterwards.

Doors open at 16:15.

This event is part of the Guest Chef Fortnight. Over two weeks, chefs will run workshops on how to cook simple, tasty meals using surplus food donated by the Felix Project that would have otherwise gone to waste. Come learn with us or join later to enjoy the community feast!
