| Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement Taster Class | Increase your mobility, improve your posture, and release chronic tension. . | The Feldenkrais Method® stimulates our natural ability to learn better ways of moving, freeing us from chronic muscular tensions that are a major cause of pain and poor posture, and unhealthy movement habits that perpetuate these problems. ATM lessons are a great introduction and an effective way to experience the benefits the work can provide, including greater flexibility, grace and agility, fuller breathing, relief from pain, better balance and coordination, improved performance in sport, dance, music and drama, and renewed connection with the vitality of youth. We explore familiar actions like bending, twisting, reaching and rolling, organised into smaller sequences that stimulate new learning in your motor cortex; improvements are usually noticeable after your first lesson. Classes take place on the floor so wear loose clothing, and bring a mat. Maggy: 07976 640 737, or visit www.vocaldynamix.com. | Telegraph Hill Centre Lounge |

| Dead, White and Blue | Work out whodunnit in this interactive promenade murder mystery - includes short walk. Recession, unemployment and a Royal Wedding - the street party will be a riot! | In this new mystery by Susan Edwards, directed by Margaret Willman, times are turbulent as the recession hits South London and Telegraph Hill. Rioting in the streets, unemployment topping 2.5 million - but at least there's the Royal Wedding to look forward to. Tension rises as the party in the park approaches. Community celebrations may not be everybody's cup of tea. It's 1981 and "this town, is coming like a ghost town...". After this promenade performance, which includes a short walk and is not seated, you are invited to assist the detective in solving the murder. As Eurovision winners Buck's Fizz sang that year "you will find that there comes a time, for making your mind up!" | Meet in Telegraph Hill Centre Foyer |
7.00pm - 8.30pm |
£10.00 (£5.00) wine included
Only 15 tickets available for each performance so hurry ! |
