Two 45 minute documentaries made by local professional documentary editor, John Kerry.  'A Sideways Launch' is a gentle evocation of life at Pollock's Shipyard in Faversham between 1916 & 1970.  'A Dream of Flight' is the story of the pioneering days of British aviation, leading up to the first official flight by a Briton in Britain, on Sheppey in 1909.

John says, "I've been a professional documentary editor for about 30 years, working on Panorama, Correspondent, This World, etc.  My ambition is to make a feature-length documentary about the impact of the Thames Gateway developments on the communities of the Thames estuary."

DVDs will be available for sale or previews if anyone is interested.
